Enrollment Policies:
Please read the following before registering:
Registration represents a financial commitment through the end of the school year.
There is a $20.00 non-refundable registration fee per family due upon registration.
Tuition is based on a yearly rate.  No deductions can be made for missed classes due to vacations or school activities.
There are 4 option payments to choose from: 
- Full payment for this year with 5% discount when paid by September 15th.
- Three quarterly payments made on September 15th, January 15th, and April 15th.
- 10 monthly payments only payable with a Visa, MasterCard or debit card on file and will be charged at the first of every month.
- 10 monthly payments paid by check or cash the first week of each month. First and last months payments must be paid by September 15.
Tuition reserves a place for you in a specific class.  Attendance is expected in order to gain full benefit from the instructor provided.

Cancelled Class:
Cancelled Classes for inclement weather will be on my Voice Mail message 2 hours prior to class. Make-up classes will be scheduled by each teacher.

Annual Recital:
We hold our annual dance performance in June. It is not mandatory, however Dance is a performance art, and to complete the learning experience, students need a chance to show their hard work. We emphasize the job and fun of performing. Date and location of our show will be announced at a later date.

There is a 50% non-refundable costume deposit due for each costume required by the student by November 15th. Costumes need to be ordered by January to receive them on time for our show.

Full payment is due by December 15th. Once costumes have been ordered there are no refunds if the student decides not to be in the show. Students are measured in December and sizes are determined by the teacher and the parent/ guardian. According to the specific size charts provided by each company, lengths of costumes with pants are left undone so that if the student grows in the six month period they can be cut or hemmed. Any other alterations are the responsibility of the student.

Recital tickets and fees:
Recital fee is $120.00 per family, includes up to 6 tickets. Additional tickets may be purchased for $15.00 each. All seats are reserved.

Observation of Class:
Classes may be observed at any time in the waiting room area with our convenient TV screen.

Parents are invited to come in and take photos and videos during their child’s class. (Date to be announced).
